Shivani Wazir Pasrich Productions was established in 2009 to create a platform for path breaking work. Our focus is to work on projects that leave a mark behind and make a difference by contributing to a cause. For example, the funds raised from staging our first original production "Draupadi-Will my spirit live on?" were used to raise awareness about safe motherhood through the White Ribbon Alliance and were offered to the Breast Cancer Patients Benefit Foundation.
SWP Productions also manages and organises lifestyle events including The Bhopal Pataudi Polo Cup,The Tata Polo Cup, The Law and Justice Polo Trophy, The Launch of the annual SBJ Calendar and other such events. We are engaged in the production of thematic plays often centering around causes like the environment. "I am the Tiger" is a conservation project that we continue to pursue through its different initiatives. Other social causes we support include "Ekatwam", a charity for people with epilepsy. Gender issues of empowerment have been addressed through our film “Girls are Gold” and the play on Draupadi. Currently we are developing a project for young people called “Swachh in School".
Our projects focus on the general uplift of society and are sometimes also for pure entertainment.SWP Productions have been involved with the Women of the World Festival in London, The International Anuvrat Conference in New Delhi, The UN Convention on Bio-Diversity in Hyderabad and many such platforms. We continue working with reputed companies and organisations like Citibank, Nokia, Abu Dhabi Tourism, the Taj Group, Tata Sons, Tata Motors, Titan, Tata Housing, Lockheed Martin, the World Bank, the Canadian High Commission, the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Culture, International Bar Association, Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Air India, Etihad Jet Airways to name a few.
